Return Policy
Customers may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Geekittude within 30 days of delivery, or in store pickup, for a full refund. Geekittude will also take responsibility for shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake. Errors as such include, but are not limited to incorrect items, defective products, and more.

Geekittude reserves the right to refuse any order placed on Geekittude may, in its absolute discretion, limit quantities for any reason. In the event that Geekittude requires to modify or cancel an order, Geekittude will attempt to contact the client via e-mail and/or other means provided.



Refunds can be requested following the reception and process of your return. Geekittude reserves the right to take up to 30 days to validate and authorize the refund of an item purchased via the online website. This time window includes the transit time for Geekittude to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process the request (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for the customer’s bank to process the refund (see below for detailed guidelines).

For in-store returns, refunds can be granted on the spot, unless specified otherwise. Geekittude will notify you through e-mail or other means communicated by the client of the refund once processed and returned.
